Should we meditate on loving or understanding for those who are most hated?

Do you meditate on those who are hated? Does it bring you negativity? Or does it bring healing to both people? Do you start out small?

if you can see how it feels to be the hated person and think on them with kindness, you may be able to find kindness in them. nothing will bring you negativity unless you have a negative outlook.

I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Love them and feed them. Don’t meditate.

The meditation has already been done. By the heavenly host. They meditated. They share with us.

Wash their feet. Give them your home.

Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, ” VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,” says the Lord.

Offer the gift of forgiveness to those most hated. Don’t think about it, just do it. The thinking has been done. You are not as smart or as well informed as God or any angel. Offer forgiveness. Offer food and shelter. If their heart does not melt, let God deal with them, and let God reward you.

    yeah, let’s do that.

oh, wait a second. I have a better idea. Let’s NOT do that. I have better things to do with my time. People who actually DESERVE my sympathy and attention are the ones I’m going to give it too.

    that okay with you?
